Cuneta Elementary School won first place as Best Implementer of Brigada Eskwela 2018 within the small school category on the recent awarding held in Conrad Hotel and Resorts on August 31, 2018. Brigada Eskwela was implemented in the school from May 21 to June 2, 2018, headed by BE Focal Person Mr. Elrick L. Cacayurin with the support of current school head Mrs. Genalin S. Ong.

This year’s Brigada Eskwela has been challenging to the school in many areas, especially with reaching out to the stakeholders’. Established companies such as Microtel and JCI-Perlas Pasay aided in the furnishing of the school’s facilities. LGU’s also lent their man power by participating in the repainting, repairing and building the school. Volunteers from different sectors visited the school to participate in one of the most important event of the school year.

Winning 1^st place will be a huge motivator for CES to strive harder next year. The school is still going through its’ renovations so it will be more challenging to aim for the 1^st spot again, however, the whole school’s community is expressing their enthusiasm in doing their best again to provide CES learners with their deserved environment conducive to learning.
